The Region 3 (Arizona) 700 MHz Public Safety Planning Committee announces that its' seventh meeting will be held on July 12, 2002 from 1:00 p.m. until 4:00 p.m. at the Sedona Fire Department, station #3. Fire station #3 is located in the Village of Oak Creek at 125 Slide Rock Road.

The Village of Oak Creek in about 6 miles north of I17 on SR179. The green map shows Slide Rock Rd just west of the highway. The southern intersection is at Verde Valley School Rd/Jacks Canyon Rd and SR179.

The purpose of the meeting is to:

1) Approve minutes of the previous meeting

2) Review draft documents from the Strategy subcommittee

3) Review draft documents from the Bylaws subcommittee

It is essential that NOT only public safety, but all government, Native American Tribal, and non governmental-organizations eligible under FCC rules 90.523 (a) & (b) be represented in order to ensure each agency
