As of 12/16/02 the FCC still reports more than 90 licenses in Arizona that have failed to respond to the "Spectrum Audit". In October/02, when I last polluted your E-mail with this notification, the FCC reported over 200 licensees that had failed to respond. I hope this form of notification, and then your redistribution, has been part of the reported improvement. At the last NCC meeting, the FCC inferred that stronger action may be their next step for those licenses and licensees that have not yet responded.
So with that in mind, here again is the Arizona portion of the FCC "SPECTRUM AUDIT" database from the FCC web site as of 12/16/02.

To assist those still unsure of their license status, please forward this entire email including the attachment and following links with supporting information. Individual license information can be researched at: http://svartifoss2.fcc.gov/cgi-bin/audit.cgi
The FCC provides more information on their main Audit Web site at the web address: http://wireless.fcc.gov/plmrs/audit.html. Although licensees can check their status on-line, the actual reply must be sent via a form U.S. mailed to the FCC. If you do not have the original mailed form, replacement forms can be down loaded from the FCC web site at: http://wireless.fcc.gov/plmrs/conopauditform.doc or at http://wireless.fcc.gov/plmrs/conopauditform.pdf.
I apologize to those of you who have already seen and even helped others take care of these issues.
