I have checked on costs to send the Arizona APCO Executive Committee to the 2006 California APCO Training Conference and Exposition in May of this year. On an individual basis the estimated costs are as follows:
 
Round Trip Airfare from Tucson or Phoenix to Ontario    $200
Lodging per night                                                        $120
Per Diem                                                                     $35
Registration Fee                                                         $250    
 
Estimated cost per person for three days and two nights $795
 
Jack Daniel with the Jack Daniel Company is willing to sponsor two representatives from Arizona. He will cover the $250 registration fee for two Arizona Executive Board members (as well as two from Nevada). This will reduce the cost to $545. 
 
There will be a dinner and meeting on Tuesday evening, May 2, for the Executive Boards from Southern California (Region  5), Northern California (Region 6), Arizona (Region 3), and Nevada (Region 27).
