AZ APCO AFC / Tech Ops Committee Report for 6/09/2006

Total expenses sent to the national office for reimbursement for AFC representation at meetings for mileage and food – None

No expenses to the Arizona chapter at this time.

65 applications have been processed by the AZ AFC advisors as of this date, since the last meeting in March. 40 direct to APCO, 25 from intercoordination.

Bylaw change request has not had action by the AZ APCO board at this time.

Mark Schroeder will be attending the National conference in August, for requisite training and conference.

APCO announced a price break for licensing services in June.

Advised chapter meeting attendees at June meeting to stay aware of the rapid changes in the 800 band, due to the rebanding schedule.

Advised chapter meeting attendees at June meeting to review and comment on the 700 MHz wideband and broadband proposals submitted to the FCC.
