The Communications Director will oversee the daily operations of Heartland Communications Facility’s state of the art, six-position dispatch center in El Cajon. Reporting to the Board of Chiefs and managing a $2.2 million budget and 25 employees, the successful candidate will possess a strong emergency operational background and a business oriented management style.
