Motorola Online (MOL)

Description:  Motorola online (MOL) is Motorola’s business to business secured website.  It offers an avenue into ordering, viewing and browsing all types of information from Motorola.   It is designed to be flexible to suit all types and sizes of customers, with a unique admin tool built in. 

 

This class will offer a high level overview of all areas of the site, as well as a detailed view on the following topics:

  • Opening / Viewing Cases
  • Resource Center
    • Service Release Notes
    • CPS Downloads
  • Ordering Parts / Equipment
  • Repair Status
  • Admin Tool

 

Length:  4 hours (breaks included). 

  • Morning session - 8am-12pm

  • Afternoon session - 1pm-5pm

Delivery Method:  1st hour is lecture style, Remaining time is hands on.  Please be sure to bring your laptop and a wireless card for access to MOL.
